Data FieldOps Cloud Handles

FieldOps Cloud stores operational data for trade and service businesses, including tenant workspace details, users, roles, clients, jobs, appointments, quotes, invoices, imports, exports, audit logs, accounting/calendar connection metadata, and offline technician queue submissions.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to provide the SaaS platform, route field work, manage customer records, support billing and integrations, secure tenant access, troubleshoot support requests, and maintain an audit trail for sensitive actions.

Mobile App Data

The Android and iOS wrappers use the hosted FieldOps Cloud web app. Offline technician mode may store queued job updates in the browser or WebView local storage until the user syncs them.

Deletion and Support

Users can request account or data deletion through the account deletion request page. Support is available through the support page.
