These terms are a product-readiness draft and require legal review before production launch.

Service

FieldOps Cloud provides field service management tools for tenant workspaces, including jobs, schedules, clients, quotes, invoices, reporting, imports, exports, integrations, customer portal access, and mobile/offline workflows.

Accounts and Tenants

Company owners are responsible for users invited into their tenant workspace, data accuracy, and their own customer communications.

Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the service, attempt to access another tenant's data, upload malicious files, share credentials, or use integrations in ways that violate provider terms.

Subscriptions

Pricing, trials, billing cycles, discounts, and currency support are managed through the SaaS plan and platform billing modules. Final commercial terms require owner confirmation before production launch.

Support

Support and deletion request entry points are available from the public footer and the mobile wrapper launch shell.
